At Healing Sounds, we want you to feel as good as you look in our apparel. If your purchase doesn't perfectly resonate with you, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
